How hard is it to implement this?

I spent all of my Sunday night puzzled about this site. Aside from the fact that I am clueless about DNS, tweeking it is much more than besic understanding. It is as though the one who provided this set of instructions really does not want other "normal" people to follow. Maybe in another given time or circumstance or just with enough knowledge of how DNS works and how to tweek it (hopefully from another source), I'll be able to get how this work or at least how to make it run because I even watched the video that demonstrates how DNS tunneling works and I still end up clueless and hungry for more midnight snack.
