In the movie Princess Diaries wherein Mia has to behave in such a way princesses are known to behave, it was given emphasis that Mia is an example of an obliged person due to the privilege of being born a princess.
A son/daughter of a politician also has to practice the concept of Noblesse Oblige because he/she is born with the privilege of having the ability and contacts to be heard. He/she now has the responsibility of becoming one with the public and taking that as a step to know what needs to be done in order to develop something better for the majority.
Even a 9-year old kid from japan who already cracked the code for some device we all have now in our pockets (yes, you know what I'm talking about) has the responsibility to enhance his existing skill and develop something that will enable help and ease to the public. The responsibility of someone intellectually amazing is well, without our predictive capabilities because it is all about what he can do and what he is willing to do to be responsible not only for himself but for the rest of us.
