1. Price Performance BOP - FREE! BOP - more affordable to the majority of mobile phone users than prepaid cards
2. Innovation Hybrid BOP - Offering composit for free in any Starbucks Cafe somewhat offers innovation. BOP - can be received anytime, any where.
3. Scale of Operation BOP - available in any Starbucks Cafe locations. BOP - available at any sari-sari store, and even without a physical store like students, employees or parents who are providing E-Load services.
4. Sustainable Development: Eco Friendly BOP - the benefit of the free composit is recycling so it is eco friendly. BOP - disregards the idea of scratching and throwing prepaid cards once the load is stored (waste of plastic!).
5. Identifying Functionality Not BOP - the majority is not really that aware of the composit recycling campaign of Starbucks so its "supposed to be" functionality do not register as much. BOP - it is the most convenient method offered for having instant load in a smaller budget.
6. Process Innovation Not BOP - the process follows the existing composit process which is getting and putting composit for reuse. BOP - the process of purchasing E-Load is so convenient and innovative that it burned down the wall of physically buying a load, scratching the card, and throwing what's left in the card once the load is stored.
7. Deskilling of Work BOP - easy to apply because of its obvious purpose. BOP - simply say how much load you need, wait for the SMART E-Load message, and pay for the load. That's it!

9. Designing for Hostile Environment Not BOP - has to be from and in Starbucks. BOP - yes due to affordability of this service.
10. Interface with Customer BOP - you can just get composit so it's obvious. BOP - anyone can understand the concept of E-Load and anyone can purchase E-Load.
11. Distribution and Accessing the Customers Not BOP - not all places have a Starbucks Cafe particularly those who might need the actual free composit. BOP - accessible to anyone, any time, any where.
12. Challenge Conventional Ideas Not BOP - it IS conventional.
